FoxMedicals Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Categories of Consumer Health Data

FoxMedicals does not collect, access, process, share, or sell any Consumer Health Data, as that term is defined under the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370.

All medical information you enter into the FoxMedicals app — including health conditions, diagnoses, medications, allergies, vital sign measurements, and related information — is stored exclusively on your own device, in encrypted form, using a key held in your device's hardware security module. This information is never transmitted to, received by, or made accessible to FoxMedicals or any FoxMedicals server, because no such server exists for this purpose.

Purpose of Collection

Not applicable. FoxMedicals does not collect Consumer Health Data.

Third Parties Health Data Is Shared With

None. FoxMedicals does not share, disclose, or sell Consumer Health Data to any third party, including advertising partners.

FoxMedicals's advertising partners (Google AdMob within the app, Google AdSense on our website) do not receive any Consumer Health Data. No identifier, screen name, category, or contextual signal capable of revealing that a user has entered, viewed, or exported health information is transmitted to any advertising or analytics service.

Geofencing

FoxMedicals does not establish or use geofences around any healthcare facility, and does not use location data to infer, collect, or target advertising based on proximity to any healthcare facility.

Your Rights

Because FoxMedicals does not collect or retain your Consumer Health Data, most data-holder obligations under these laws (e.g., producing a list of third parties data was shared with) are not applicable — there is no retained data to report on or delete on our end. Specifically:

Security

Although we do not hold your Consumer Health Data, the app itself protects data at rest on your device with AES-256 encryption, a hardware-backed encryption key, and exclusion from operating-system cloud backups, as described in our general Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We will update the effective date above and provide in-app notice of any material changes to this policy, particularly if FoxMedicals ever introduces optional cloud-based features that would change any of the statements above.
